Booking Policies
We are non-smoking departments. If I decide to smoke in the apartment, I will understand that a charge of $5,000.00MXN will be made to my credit card so that Vasconcelos 65 proceeds to deep clean the apartment, so that the next client can enjoy it.
Security cameras: This establishment has closed circuit television (CCTV), with cameras located in public places.
Any damage detected at Check Out, as well as apartment utilities that are not found in the apartment upon departure, will be charged.
The capturing, filming or recording of images or sounds in the facilities of V65, when these have informative or commercial purposes, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of V65.
The establishment is not responsible for loss or theft that will occur within the property, the loss of the apartment key has an additional cost of $200MXN.
I have read the clauses and conditions established by V65 and I undertake to comply with them during my stay in the apartment, as well as the internal policy document of this establishment, which is available at reception. Extra guest has an additional cost of $750.00MXN (Per night, per day).
